Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the fees minus handling charges (CHF 70.00 / ~ EUR 50.00) will be refunded, provided the cancellation is made in writing until September 30, 2010 to the following address:

After this date no refund can be made for cancellations. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his registration, the attendee accepts this proviso.
